The Kogan family — Paul Kogan and Deborah Copaken Kogan and their 3 children Jacob, Sasha and Leo — have bounced around the Upper West Side for years. The New York Times takes us into their St. Nicholas Avenue rented townhouse in Harlem where they've lived since June of last year.

The family lives in the top 3 floors of the limestone townhouse. They've repurposed a lot of their furniture in the new space and made minor adjustments to make the rental feel like home.
