The four-story Belgian townhouse featured in The New York Times international real estate section is chock-full of interesting details and design elements. Located in the Ixelles neighborhood of Brussels, the home has a French-style facade with lots of French style elements: rounded windows, French doors, Juliette balconies, etc. The home, built in the early 1930s, also has a garage, dumbwaiter and lots of space for outdoor living...
The three-bedroom property has a garden-level patio, balconies AND a rooftop terrace — it is listed for €850,000 (about $1 million).

Not really, this looks suspiciously Belgian to my patriotic eyes.
That's a Smeg oven. Comes in many colors, too.
Ivanai; SMEG makes other appliances? You just changed my world.
Doesn't look French to me either - more of a neo-Romantic interpretation of Jugendstil.
ME WANTEE!
The pink patio set just made me smile.
Eek! That is the most adorable little fridge I have ever seen.

So this is over by pl. ferdinand coq?
Both the chandeliers are amazing!!! I could eat them!
Johan - I am fairly certain that this home is near Rue de l'Abbaye/Vleurgat/Chaussee de Waterloo - I saw it today but can't remember where I was. Near Rue de Tenbosch.
It's a beautiful home, the only problem is you'd have to live in Brussels...
