One of the more upscale house tours we were invited to shoot was Stacy's Updated Heirlooms, a beautifully appointed WeHo apartment that was put together with the professional help of interior decorator, Michelle Workman (we especially loved her work with the dramatic dining room). Michelle has notified that she's opened the store she mentioned months ago, offering the same mix of vintage and contemporary home furnishings/accessories that made Stacy's home more than easy on the eyes to everyone else...
Michelle writes: "There are several pieces of furniture that are my design and are made locally. We have tabletop, accessories, quality sheeting and custom Top of Bed. There are many luxury type items; Laguiole cutlery from France, hand embroidered pillows from Chile, and ceramics from Italy to name a few. We also carry Dayna Decker Candles and Mor Cosmetics bath products. Oh yeah and a line of fabrics that is to die for!"
We'll definitely be dropping by the next time we're in the 90048 corner of Los Angeles, especially since Boule Atelier and Patisserie is just a hop, skip and a jump from Michelle's new store (just in case you needed any additional incentive).

What's the story on that wallpaper?
madsarah: Oh, but WeHo do. Kinda like the Nohos.
It's better than MeHo.
Kimber- Ha!
Is it wallpaper in the bathroom or a painting on the wall? If it is wallpaper where can I get it?
madsarah: Sure, "WeHo" has been used for decades by locals and visitors alike; surprised at your surprise. I live with someone with the last name "Ho", so there's no shame in a ho-dom :) And if you venture further out east to Monterey Park, finding someone named "Ho" will be as finding a Mr. Park in K-Town!
Hi Kimber - If you are asking about the back wall - it is a mural. If you are asking about what you can see through the back door that IS a wallpaper and available through the store.
