We were sent this image of the Scoop Chair ($350) by Boom Designs. These can be used inside or out, and clearly work the super-mod-good-for-kids-and-adults-angle really well.

Very Space: 1999. Those are similar to the old Pastille chairs, which also made an appearance on that show. I saw these somewhere recently, and they're surprisingly comfortable, even if they force you into a seating position that's a bit toilet-like.
