I think the bowl was tilting WAAAAAY to the side when the author wrote that copy.
"The less it is filled, the more it inclines to one side. The more it is filled up, it balances out - the sensitive drinking bowl reacts to its content. It shows the different nuances between empty and full and corresponds with its user in a humorous way."
I thought that was a perfectly apt description. Here's the best I can come up with: "The bowl is tilty."
