Peel and stick vinyl tiles - they are one of those easy and inexpensive solutions that are tempting to try because they can definitely work in the short term to freshen things up but tend to start to look iffy over time. Emilie decided that she couldn't live with the ones in her bathroom any longer and found the one thing that EVERYONE who pulls up old carpet or tile is wishing for...wooden floors beneath that you can work with.

Emile tells us: We had an awful floor in our bathroom. Under it we found old wooden floor, which was too damaged to be kept as is, so we painted it all white. Now the bathroom looks fresh and clean!

Thanks, Emilie!
