Located in Pasadena, California overlooking the Annandale golf course with views of the skyline and the San Gabriel mountains, the 2,287-square-foot three bedroom, two bath is in virtually original condition.

Featuring the geometric style of Buff & Hensman's later work, the split-level home has 12-foot ceilings, a fireplace, skylights, and built-ins. Outdoor space includes a terrace and a walled courtyard and patio.
