We're always on the lookout for cute, functional containers and utensils for taking kid-sized meals on the road, so these pieces, designed by Teija Bruhn, caught our eye. The fact that they've all been sharply marked down at Scandinavian Details has us tempted to pick up the entire set.

The spoons (regularly $6 each, now $2), available in either orange and blue, are stainless steel with a plastic handle and safety cover.
The set of four mugs (regularly $20, now $8) comes with its own container for keeping them all together and clean.
And we're tempted to pick up an extra tiffin-style lunch box (regularly $20, now $8) for ourselves. Its dimensions are 4.5" x 5.5" x 5.5", making it a decent size for grown-up snacks, too.

cute find.
Ever since I heard about the #7/BPA issue, I'm leery of using plastics, especially for my kids.
In the future, if you review a product like this, could you let us know the type of plastic used?
Thank you! I love all your blogs!
I agree with HappyFamily. Without knowing what it is, no matter how cute, I just won't try an unknown plastic item for my kids. That could be the reason they're marked down...
