In a shell of an existing loft space in South Kensington, London, Hogarth Architects have created a beautifully warm interior with the addition of a two-floor timber structure. The timber structure includes the kitchen, bath, stair, storage and mezzanine sleeping loft...

I would move in in a heartbeat! Hogarth Architects really accomplished their goal of adapting the existing structure (cornices and all had to stay) with a custom architectural element. Via: dezeen.

That's really cool!
I love the contrasting materials in the space!
The juxtaposition of warm timber within the heart of this gloss-white shell is brilliant.
...also, great stairs!
It reminds me of a warmer, less mod version of this... from Dwell mag awhile ago >:

I covet them both...and there'd better be storage under those stairs!
That is great! Sleek with style and theme. The stairs took me by surprise with a wow factor.
love the concept, but this is so heavy and bulky looking.
maybe all in white without the cheesy wood panel effect.
It's like living in a tree house! (A very stylish, functional treehouse.) I like it.
Adore. Would adore even more with red leather Mies Barcelona chairs and couch in the LR. (Hey, it's only money, right?)
The space is truly unique and has fantastic contrasting elements. Some of the surfaces appear a bit too polished for my tastes but that's a personal preference.
Cheers!
yes, would build this in white in a heartbeat. so nice to see a solid wood loft bed nook rather than an aluminum frame or plywood.
Love it!
Yes! Yes!
HOT.
I like the stairs but it is too heavy and geometric for my taste
I love it, very cool. A great contrast in the colors or the wood and the white in the room

This is amazing!! I really like how the space has been used. Its such a feature in the room, this reminds me of some london serviced apartments we have stayed at. They were fantstic, it makes staying somewhere so much more desirable. Still Id much prefer to have this in my house.
