Last week I stopped by New York's ABC Carpet & Home to take a peek at the Timothy Oulton collection. I'm already a big fan of his rugged, vintage-inspired furnishings, but I was blown away by the elaborate styling of this showroom wonderland.

You may have already experienced Timothy Oulton's magic touch through his work for Restoration Hardware and Esquire home. The London antiques dealer and reproductionist is a master of evoking a century-old heritage with his collection of furniture and décor that looks straight out the attic of an early 1900's British playboy.
In his recently assembled collection at ABC Carpet & Home, Oulton transports you to a vintage paradise with his massively styled showroom that brings together hearty leather sofas and reclaimed furniture with oddities like miniature club chairs and British ephemera.
Stop by ABC Carpet & Home to view this impressive collection yourself, and visit the Timothy Oulton store page over at Marketplace to find out more.

We bought a Timothy Oulton sofa from ABC in July. His stuff is beautiful, but ABC's customer service is beyond awful. I'd buy from Restoration Hardware if I had it to do over again (they carry his stuff).
We bought an Australian flag from the Timothy Oulton store at ABC last Christmas (Hubs and I met while on vacation in Australia.) The store manager was amazing, his service was delightful and we love the flag. Check it out if you're in town!
I love the Union Jack and must remember to include it in some future decorating.
There was a union jack flag created by an outside artists that I recently saw - I think it sold but aparently they can commision the artist to create more. It was a great piece, not run of the mill.
