The pictures speak for themselves on this one! Every surface in this home is covered in foil — but the tufted walls are an especially nice detail!

It's the quintessential padded room! And nice and bright, too! Who's to say it's weird? Just so I don't have to be kept in there...
This reminds me of the movie 'Bug' starring Ashley Judd and Harry Connick Jr. Neither the movie nor this room are for the faint of heart. : )
wasnt this just posted?
I'd feel like a baked potato.
jiffy pop anyone?!
Clever, but I think I'd lose it after a while.. so I guess the padding would come in handy?
I wonder what the R value is on those shiny padded walls?
You know people who wear tin-foil hats to stop aliens from probing their minds? This person seems to have taken that paranoia a whole lot further....
Weird. I think I would REALLY be upset if I were to cut the foil accidentally.
Horrible, obviously, but I guess that's the point. It's more about getting attention than anything else.
You know, I suffer from static cling enough as it is...
will Somebody In Charge please get these spammers off of here? If I want hair straighteners or Tiffany, I'll go find them myself!

makes my teeth hurt just looking at it.
curses foiled again!
The walls look more like tufted space blankets than tinfoil. How would one tuft tinfoil, anyway.I'm not understanding the foil covered chair and couch/bed thing, but the walls are wonderful.
I must admit, I'm impressed with the tuffed walls.
No. Just no. But I have to agree with whorange in that the tufted walls are impressive.
I immediately thought of the movie *Bug*, too.
If Jiffy Pop made home decor...
Not to be a buzz kill, but "tin" foil is actually aluminum foil. Since about 1910, what we buy in the store today is made of aluminum, not tin.But the tufted walls are kind of neat,
I am also impressed with the tufted walls. I find it amusing that most people have referenced scifi paranoia and not Andy Warhol's Factory. Perhaps this is an arty project, people. The old computer throws the room off, but over all interesting.
Reminds me of Andy Warhol's Factory.
no. Even as conceptual art (which I'd hazard a guess, without checking, it waht it is) it stinks.
