...except, of course, the one in the photos:

I don't belive they could put a permanent structure in NYC without a permit of some sort, expecially a structure with a bathroom.
Anyone know for sure?
Sure that shed is awesome but it costs $76,000!!!! That's not a whole lot less than my house.
Any cool sheds for the rest of us?
In New York I don't think you can even plant a tree without a permit! :-)
I know for sure that no new plumbing is allowed without a permit in NYC. If you are replacing fixtures, then no permit is needed.
$76,000 is not a lot in NYC for adding usable square footage to your property!
I think those are gorgeous for an office for a small nursery business I'm starting...must do homework.

Plans for the MD100 by Edgar Blazona are available through readymademag.com. Cost to build is roughly $1200-$1500 for the basic shell. I'm going to attempt building one next spring!

I love these sheds! I actually have a firend who has her therapy practice in a beautiful shed in her backyard. There's a pic of her shed on her therapy website, which you can get to from here: http://www.goodtherapy.org/New-York-Therapy.htm Enjoy it!.. I would do the same, but i prefer working in a regular office space. However, the idea of having a backyard shed /clubhouse sounds like a lot of fun.
