We get a lot of emailed tips, and we blog as many as we can, but some get left on the cutting room floor. So, in addition to sending us emails, we're going to experiment with taking tips right here (you can still email us).
We'll be pulling the best tips to posts on the front page, but this will insure that the all tips are shared immediately.

Here's a new concrete type product. Tiles that look like poured concrete. They are also made from recycled material I believe.
Once you've gotten yourself those cool Envirosax bags, or something similar... Install a hook by your front door, or wherever you keep your keys, and hang the bag there so you remember to take it with you when you go shopping.
I don't remember if I got this tip here or elsewhere, but I'll post it just in case it hasn't been posted here:
use a dish scrubber wand, the kind where you put in soap and it's automatically dispensed through the sponge, to scrub the tub or shower, either when you're showering or for a bigger tub cleaning. Here's one:
