You don't see camels very often. It's nice to see an animal other than cats, dogs, and owls. Birds are very popular right now too. We find ourselves decorating with monkeys alot. It may even be a theme. . . .

I think it's the purple fringe that really seals it for me. Maybe if it were bordered with some interesting earth-toned patterned fabric, or something that reminded me of Egypt I could tolerate a camel on my sofa, but barely. Obviously you either love or hate this thing. I hate it.
