Ever since I saw Tim Gunn snip, "The designer bags these days are hideous--too big, too bulky," I have loved Bravo (although I could have done without that haircutting contest). But Bravo's latest offering Flipping Out is like HGTV on meth: a rich guy (Jeff) with OCD flipping multiple million-dollar properties all over LA with a motley crew of entertaining near-morons that he fires on a regular basis? Count me in.
Despite all the shenanigans like performing exorcisms in his newly-flipped houses and hiring someone to turn the water bottles in the fridge to be all facing the same direction, it's obvious that Jeff knows his business: out of the 45 houses he's bought, he's been able to sell 41. No wonder he does "scream therapy."
