In addition to hurting fingers, children have a tendency to shut themselves in a room while they're learning how things (like doors) work, and this pool noodle looks like it's just what the doctor ordered. What a fantastic idea. I bought a noodle for $2.00 and got 10 door stoppers from it. When one of my grandbabies is coming over for the day I slip them on the bathroom, closets and the bedroom doors. It takes all of 2 minutes to make the doors finger pinching proof. When not in use, I put them in a mesh laundry bag and hang them in my closet. I give this idea 5 stars. Thanks!
