Top 10: Bathroom Scales

Last week we looked at the Bathroom Scale by Stefano Giovannoni for Alessi. While we like its slim and simple design, there are lots of others out there, too, that may fit the bill for a range of bathrooms.

Bathroom scales aren't something we've looked at a lot before, so we thought we'd take a look at what's out there. Some of our choice finds are:

Seca 760 mechanical scale, $120. It's not tiny, but, in a range of bright colors, you might want to make it the focal point of the room.

The Detecto 437 eye-level physician scale is tall but narrow at 10.5" wide, $209

The GS-1 Siltec digital scale might be the closest thing to invisible you can get: the platform is made of tempered glass. $80.

Conair makes a Weight Watchers Portable Scale that has a built-in handle. It's made to pick up and put away: could be stored vertically in a linen closet, $30.
