B. Smith makes wonderful tiered swiveling servers available at Bed Bath & Beyond for less than $30 (with their popular 20% coupons you pay even less). I own 2 and use them at all of my parties, including my holiday party this weekend. They look very classy and coordinate with any decor.

I'd add carafes to the list. Surlatable.com sells some beautiful Italian glass wine carafes for under $20.
