The Wheeling, West Virginia-based Totally Girly! caught our attention when we saw an ad in a recent issue of Interior Design. With a great selection of bedding, curtains, lamps, rugs and more -- there is something for just about every teen or tween gal will like.

We also love how reasonable the prices at are; we even spotted some items for under $10. When it comes to room decor, that's something you can't say very often.
