Really cute bag but I don't know about the multipurpose feasibility of the dog leash. I think I'd just use it as a bag with a quirky strap that reminds of a dog leash.
What do you do with the bag when you take the leash off? Maybe you leave it in the car when you & fido go to the park?
My leashes gets dirty, I wouldn't want to put it back on a pretty canvas bag after its been "dogified".
Oh wait... I see, it has tote handles too. The leash is just for cross body wear. And it comes in black. So, maybe I would use the dog leash.
Or I can think of many a time, I've found a stray and wish I had an extra leash with me.
I suspect that the author does not have a dog? I wash my dogs' leashes fairly regularly, but I still wouldn't rub them on my clothes. Ick!

I don't think I'd every spend $130 for a bag, never mind one that to be used as a dog leash. Yikes!
