There are countless ways to preserve a child's artwork but this is one of our favorites. We can always use more tote bags and are proud to showcase our kid's originals at the park, grocery store or library. Ellen at The Long Thread has a few great suggestions for getting artwork onto a tote.

Check out Ellen's tutorial for a child-sized pocket tote or use one of the other methods she suggests to decorate bags with your child's artwork: use an embroidery machine to stitch artwork onto the fabric, use transfer paper and hand embroider, scan and print on printable fabric or fusible paper, or invite your young artiste to draw directly on the bag with fabric markers.
