Designed by Italian architect Simone Micheli, the commercial turned residential suites is a new hospitality concept that develops vacant and decayed urban shop spaces, and turns their owners into hotelliers. Every space has an independent entrance directly from the window overlooking the street.
Although for me personally, I could never see myself staying in one of these. There's simply too many "contemporary" pieces that pretty much live near the floor, making it the perfect recipe for stubbed toes in the middle of the night no matter how many LEDs there are.
What do you guys think? Is this a digestible balance of mood lighting or still tacky Las Vegas strip overkill?

I like it. It may seem like overkill in person, but in the photos, it looks cool.
Very nice indeed but i don't know if I could live with that everyday.
