In the premiere issue, they’ve asked 20 new-traditional designers how they interpret traditional design. The answers are varied, but the results are far from staid. After all, this is not your grandmother’s traditional. This is the new traditional – full of life, vibrancy and plenty of “wow!”
Yes, this is one more online magazine to join the ever-widening field. But there’s something about the brainchild of these two design powerhouses that stopped me in my tracks, and made me take notice. What do you think? Do you find this new venture to be as fresh and inspiring as I do?

White Enamel Flatwa...
Anyone know where can I get the Sconces on the fourth image (the Ron Marvin Room)??
OR anyone know of a good tutorial to DIY a version with desk lamps!?
What is that gorgeous hutch in the first picture?
Yes, that buffet in the first picture...I neeeed it.
That first photo is perfection. Trad Home says the buffet is from Room & Board.
The third picture is way more "retro" than "traditional."
I love the last one. The table looks too high for the chairs though - I wonder if people would look itty bitty sitting there.
I love that buffet.
Yep. Room & Board Hudson Cabinet

I love that piece.
if you want product info, why not read the mag and see if they put a link on the image?
I love the second picture. I was just thinking about classics this morning because I stumbled across a studio that refinishes traditional pieces (White Wave Vintage).

When I think about traditional, I often think about what others think about traditional. I don't think about what is traditional to me. Thanks for asking that question, now it's time to ponder.
The buffet at the top - you could probably make it by doing an ikea hack with the four shelf expedit, matching glass doors and a chest of drawers or two. And of course, time and patience :P
Does anyone know where the artwork is from in picture #5?
I adore that sofa in the third photo! The pendant light cluster, too!
you can click on the item in the mag and it will give you more information. pretty cool.
