Get your local handyman to create something like this for you from some Plywood, a pair of piano hinges and other hardware.
So not worth that much money. This seems like a simple DIY project.
A while back, though I can't find it, AT featured instructions for making something similar that the author of the post found in an old book. All i can remember is that it was from like the 60s or 70s and it was very orange. Anyone remember that?

Jose A, and anyone else who is interested, the design was published in Nomadic Furniture by Victor Papanek and Jim Hennesey in 1973. The book is full of wonderful DIY projects, and thinking about design; it seems to be readily available used from online sellers
