One of my favorite inspirational places is the interior of the Musée D'Orsay in Paris and in particular, the clocks. This train-station-turned-museum, I've found, has a magical element to its design and is full of never-ending possibilities for the home. If I could do the impossible, I would bring the interior clock pictured home with me!
These items will have you reminiscing of your travels to the Orsay, or dreaming about going one day!

Can someone explain the table in the second picture--it is lovely, but how is it standing up? How many legs are there, and at what angles? Is the base of the table some sort of pipe?
I love the Musée D'Orsay! It's my favourite museum in the world!
Ever since I spotted that headboard (#3) in the Anthropoligie catalog, I have been lusting after something just like it! Obviously a giant gear is not practical, but if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears!
