I've never had a green thumb, in fact, some might venture to say that I have a brown one. I tend to stay away from plants altogether, but have always enjoyed and respected those who can cultivate an entire garden.
However, on the Spring Tour of the Seattle West Elm, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have begun a new lifestyle venture called "Grow."
With the help of freelance style director, Shane Powers, they've made indoor gardening a snap with glass bubbles, succulents, cacti, and even planting soil -- all at the ready to create your indoor terrarium. Plus, check out creative ways of creating terrariums in-store, like using cake domes or jar lamps.
If you don't have a West Elm anywhere near you, stop by any local nursery to pick up supplies, and a thrift store or two for the perfect glass container.
