Shameful but true — I used to envy Candy Spelling for the gift wrapping room in her former L.A. mansion. It might not be green, but I love festive ribbons and pretty rolls of paper. Recently, in my efforts to mend my wasteful ways, I came across these stunning, compostable, DIY nature wraps from Justina Blakeney. Blakeney created the wraps using leaves, flowers, and a bit of green artist's tape. This wrapping seems especially well suited to small, meaningful gifts, such as the vintage cufflinks you found your husband or the pretty necklace for your best friend. The botanical wrapping also isn't too holiday-specific — it's equally pretty for birthdays, hostess gifts, and any other gift-giving occasion you have on your calendar.
