I don't know about you people, but I've never seen a font like this and my scribblies never look this good.

I rather suspect it's the printing that's so costly. Cotton paper ain't cheap, and neither is the ink for giclee.

I rather like the green but I'm not allowed to buy any more posters until I've framed the ones I have.

I originally made this print for my Dad, and it received a really positive response when I later posted it on Etsy. Thank you Tiamat_the_Red. You're right of course, printing Giclee isn't exactly cheap, and it's not a font you can pluck out of a hat, because I illustrated it.

Wow, it's like you've known me forever. Holy crap, you put more energy into hating this print than I did into making it. Man, who hurt you?

What I've always liked about the "Keep Calm..." poster is that it's a replica of an actual wartime poster. Whether or not I could make one myself (which I absolutely could) is beside the point.

And it wasn't that expensive, either.

Wow K T G....bitter much? Yeah, there's a ton of stuff out there that one could 'go renegade' with....but that's not the point! The point it....someONE thought if it, someONE did something with it....and if I like the design I by all means want to support THAT person for their effort in adding something I consider beautiful to the world! And it's not as if monkeypowered just printed out a single word in times roman and called it a day. The gorgeous curves that emanate from the letters speak of striving and growth. I see tendrils and roots that for me embody the positive enegry that comes from 'trying.' Trite? Maybe, but I'll take that over grousing anyday!!!
