Although this table has more going for it in the unique department than just its paint job, one can't help but notice that the varied heights of the super glossy white paint make it rather eye-catching and fresh.
This beautifully crafted stool from Annick L. Peterson has 4 differently shaped legs, which add to its unique beauty. But, beyond the difference in the shapes, we're willing to bet you noticed the white paint first. The paint job is crisp and boldly sits at a different height on each leg. It's a stunning look and would be an easy way to give a secondhand furniture find a little extra punch. Check out more from Peterson's product site below.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
Duh, this wasn't a beat up second hand piece! Beautifully turned legs and yeah, dip them in white paint for an OMG effect! Really? Honestly? Either paint the whole thing so there's no tell tale evidence of how good it was or leave it alone. Not always with the 'no paint' crowd, but this time, I am.
"It's a stunning look."
You're kidding.
Meh.
I kinda like it.
And I don't think it's fair to compare it to a painted second hand piece. This is apparently an aesthetic choice by the artist who created the stool, so it's not the same thing as someone else adding the paint.
I like it, but they copied Anthropologie from about five years ago. That I do not like.
Well, shoot, I think it looks great.
I love both the paint dipped effect and the mismatched legs. If you like the micmatched leg look I did a DIY project much like that by scrounging a chair and some to table legs to make this: http://ploefff.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/img314.jpg
