How is there breakfast? is it better than Auntie Ems in Eagle rock?
We put mirrored plexiglass in the back of a big overbearing glass-doored china cabinet -- now it's bright & light & sparkly. Plexi is cheap, light, easy to cut, and easy to attach, and its scratchability isn't an issue in the back of a cabinet.

In Ireland you see this an awful lot in pubs, behind the bar with bottles of spirits on the shelves.
I really like this idea. I have a big upper cabinet in my kitchen that needs a door-ectomy. With some painted shelves and a nice mirrored back, I think it would look great. It faces a huge, south-facing window, so I think it would reflect quite a bit of light.
