There are some T-shirts you just can't bear to throw away, no matter how many holes there may be in them. No worries. Hello Rewind will take the shirt off your back and turn it into a cozy holder for your notebook.
For $49 Hello Rewind will sew a middle layer of batting and an inner soft felt layer to your shirt, turning it into a laptop cozy. Hello Rewind says the best shirts to use are those with an interesting design on the front (or back) and one that has enough material to cover your computer.
Would you spend $49 to turn your vintage Gus N' Roses Appetite for Destruction shirt into a laptop sleeve? Maybe it's time we made a Check Meowt notebook protector...

I like the idea. But I'd rather have a friend who can sew do it. If I'm going to pay $49, I would rather buy a new one. Although the point of sustainability becomes moot. So, I'd upcycle it but have a friend do it for cheaper!
Exceptionally easy DIY if you have basic sewing skills. Otherwise, very cost-prohibitive.
I think I'll try it out, though... we need a laptop case!
