TURN Fireplace Means Just That

TURN Fireplace Means Just That

Don't you love it when you buy something and the name essentially serves as the instructions? That may not happen at IKEA, but in this case it does.

Turn Fireplace was designed by Schweiger & Viererbl and if it becomes widely received it will rob us of all of those wonderful nights bundled up by the fire (you don't do that?) You could sit wherever you want and see the glow and feel the heat from the Turn Fireplace. It rotates 360 degrees, so you can stay wherever you are.

The Turn Fireplace is a free standing structure &mdash with just a few screws on the top and bottom, it stays in place (they say its been tested!). Also, due to the fact that the wood storage is level with the actual wood burner, the unit is level and will not fall over.

The combustion chamber door opens to the right, and the air supply is "channeled through a practical regulator offering one-hand operation from below the combustion chamber". TURN manages without any grate or ash pan, due to the optimally regulated combustion process. The fireplace is made from black varnished steel and weighs 143 kg and the price was not available on the website.
