We've posted about several Nano watches before, so we were pleased when we spotted this quick and easy hack. While it's not as clean or polished as the HEX, it's a neat way to give that gift of a Nano a little more punch this holiday season for not a lot of coin.

Inspired by Nano watches, like the one above, Instructables user Acaz93 has created this simple DIY project that cost less than a few dollars to make.

This DIY project is really quite astoundingly simple and requires very few parts. To make this "iWatchband," you will need a 6th Generation iPod Nano, a cutting instrument of some sort (A knife, a multi-tool, X-acto, box cutter, etc~), and a nylon rope tie.

We think this project is quick and simple and as we mentioned in the intro to this post, a great way to add value to your gift of a new Nano this holiday season.
