When it comes to clutter, the hardest part may be letting go—but then you actually have to get rid of it. Unload is a new service that lets you sell or donate your unwanted stuff, just by texting.

Recently launched in Chicago and San Francisco (and coming soon to Boston), you can text a photo and info about your items to 424.373.3353, and an Unload assistant will text you back with what it might sell for on Craigslist, eBay, or another service. Once a sale price is agreed upon (or an organization decided for donations), Unload will pick up your items and handle everything else. You get paid via Paypal (minus a 5% service fee) and you can get on with your life (and bask in your clean, clutter-free space). Win-win-win!
