Hopefully you're enjoying the day off today. But even if you're not, you can get away for a short moment with this look back at our best and most inspiring home Tech Tours, showcasing real people and their real spaces, all exhibiting an understanding that technology doesn't have to stand apart from the decor, but can work together with it!
Like what you saw up above? You can learn more about each and everyone of the Tech Tours above by checking out the Unplggd Tech Tour Archives. Plenty of more photos and detailed descriptions of spaces, tech specs and tips/solutions so you might one day venture to share your space with Unplggd readers too.
Note: one of the noted criticisms here at Unplggd is we don't highlight enough non-Mac setups. We're aware of the situation and want to change this for 2011! On numerous occasions we've invited Windows and other system users to share their stylish home offices, but unfortunately, rarely do we receive any submissions (we're also always on the hunt online looking for examples where computing and home decor aesthetics are clearly reflected in a space).
Perhaps this is a reflection of our readership and the home design demographic, but considering the numbers of PC users out there, there's no doubt there must be countless of home offices and desk setups thoughtfully arranged with a designer's eye. So please contact us if you've like your home office or workspace spotlighted here on Unplggd...we're eager to balance the scales!

I find it rather off-putting, Mr. Han, that you included your own home offices among the "best and most inspiring" Unplugged Tech Tours. They're nice enough, but it's a little self-aggrandizing, no?
I really liked his green carpeted office space.
I'm trying to find more pics and details of the picture in the 2nd row from the top and far right column. I want to know more about the shelving unit in the picture. I searched the archives several times and can't find it.
Why dont these photos have links to the original posts? I am really interested in reading more about these.
Yoboseyo: that certainly wasn't the intention, but rather these tours were all chosen because of the amount of either/or comments and traffic they received over the time they've been on the site (it can be easy to forget past tours when they're from a years ago). The "best and most inspiring" was simply a title reflecting their popularity amongst readers throughout the years (and to be frank, with the hopes new readers would want to check them out), not a self reflection or opinion specifically about my own past and present spaces.
Gregory, I appreciate your reply. Cheers.
DAMN IT! I wanted to be a part of this too. AM I not worthy? ;-)

I second the call to links. I've been following Unplggd for a while, but have not seen all of these spaces.
Hunting through the archives might be very time consuming since we have only one pic as our lead.

Dear readers, upon reading all the comments, I went back in and added direct links to each tour (name and link should appear under each photo in the slideshow).
