Q: I bought an older trailer where the previous owner replaced all the old cupboard doors throughout the house with new oak veneer doors. They look quite nice, but don't match the oak already there. I would like to give a fresh look to the kitchen…
… and paint the cupboards white as my curtains and dishes have a white background.
Would you recommend leaving the doors oak (they already have new white knobs) and just painting the cupboards, or would it look silly to have oak doors on white cabinets? I will also be putting in white, wood-look flooring to update the yellowed old vinyl.
Thanks so much for your help!
