Q: We bought a house! The house was built in 1940, but the kitchen was redone much later, probably the 80's. I like the layout, but would like to improve the look with a limited budget. The tiles are in great shape, and I'm fine with leaving them for now. The cabinets are also in decent shape, but I don't like the country look. I was thinking of having them sprayed white and painting the rest of the wood in the kitchen white too, with new, brushed stainless steel hardware. I'm not sure what color to paint the walls. Any ideas?
