After Easter, our baskets are always full of Peeps. Although cute to look at, the flavor isn't our favorite. Instead of throwing away all those colorful Peeps, make s'mores!

We make s'mores after peep "jousting". Each peep has a toothpick - as they melt one will impale the other - a winner!
Maybe it's the recent peep contest with all its peep personification, but I find this a litttttle creepy. Especially with the live ones looking on!
I second twinmommy's comment. Also, I love Peeps like crazy but I think even I would be afraid of the sugar high that would follow a Smore'd Peep. And I'm referring to myself, of course.
