If you can't live without your ipod, what about actually living in one? Ok, not exactly, but we kind of think the shape of his new conceptual housing to be somewhat reminiscent of one. The "luxury, travel, and design broadband tv station and publication" Useful + Agreeable (U+A) teamed up with Los Angeles architect Neil M. Denari to create the "usefula + agreeable" house.
Basically, it's kind of like your very own "mini hi-rise". Instead of spreading out, the rooms go up. Each room is on its own floor. It is designed to be a "flexible, universal product, designed for a variety of contexts and climates around the world, including" small-lot or cluster housing, remote vacation property and rooftop penthouses, among other possibilities."

It will be interesting to see if someone takes this into production. What do you guys think of this concept? Read more here. (images from Useful + Agreeable)(via cubeme)

Ew. Personally, I find these neither useful nor agreeable.
My knees hurt just looking at it.
I'm not so sure how the neighbors would feel about that.
Can you imagine a whole tract development with these things on them? A Chiclet landscape. I'm not sure if I'm really feeling it; they're like vertically oriented trailer homes.
I don't want to live in a lab.
I think they look like the power adapter for my MacBook Pro. Or, any other Apple product of that form factor. Also, my favorite feature: almost no windows. Who thought that was a good idea?
Tower houses are nothing new. These just aren't very beautiful.
I would suffocate in that... there are hardly any windows!
