Everyone's favorite hipster app is actually a great way to document your home. Last month when I moved into a new space I began taking vignette photographs of my in-progress apartment.
As it turns out, Instagram has proven very useful while decorating my new apartment. It has been a great way to debut various projects without completely giving away all of my secrets off the bat! Although I haven't shown anyone any official photos of my new apartment, I've been able to keep my friends and family up to date on my daily projects and new apartment purchases!
Get the Instagram app and have some fun!

i despise instagram. it's the comic sans of photography
Hey, I have that same little record cabinet! I hide clutter in there.
Instagram reminds me of all the square photos of me and my family from the 1970s.
Instagram is (kind of) okay for some things. I wouldn't say documentation is one of them.
I heart krisdaloo.
"...comic sans of photography".
HA! Loves it.
/agrees with krisdaloo
Seriously, so much hate for an app?? Chill out, folks.
Heh @krisdaloo
I've notived it used more+more on this site. If I'm looking at someones home pics, I mostly want to see what they're photographing truer to color.
Love this idea!
