True, but we feel a bit sorry for the flower in the beer...

I love these because you can really get creative and the possibilities are endless.
I don't like these because you can't fit much through the mouth, and for $50 you can buy several great vases.
I've had one of these for a few years now. They now come in different versions with the vase portion painted different colors, but the original all-white one is still my favorite. I think it's a great design. Owning one forces me to buy a stem of cut flowers every week.
I'm at work doing fiscal year end and I don't feel at all sorry for the flower in the beer :)
Hey that flower is drinking a Corona...
i don't get this product at all.
what i see is flowers stuck in paint cans, coffee pots, beer bottles and mason jars, with a little ceramic thingie at the top.
putting the ceramic thingie on top doesn't seem to render the unsightly makeshift vessel invisible. i guess when viewed from a certain angle maybe you wouldn't notice it so much. but otherwise, i think this is even uglier than just sticking flowers into those vessels alone.
and i agree with whoever mentioned the price of this thing. for the price of one of these I could have about 10 perfectly serviceable vases from Kmart, Target, the dollar store, etc. i also have a tendency to get creative using makeshift containers like tin cans, teacups, jars, pitchers, and bottles. all of those solutions are about a zillion times cooler than the Vase Maker, and i didn't have to spend $50 for a little ceramic bit that pear-shapes the deliberately utilitarian aesthetic.
