Vegetable Liberation Army

What happens when vegetables go bad? According to fiber artist Regina Rioux Gonzalez, they join the Vegetable Liberation Army. Each VLA member has a story...except for the mysterious zombie asparagus, above left. Raging Red Cabbage, Killer Korn (founder of the VLA), and a Tomato From The Edge, all crocheted and ready for action. Be sure to check out their manifesto! They aren't for sale, sadly, but they should be. But if you have a little crochet skill, Regina kindly sells patterns for some of her crochet creations, and gives away the pattern for us all to make our own Psychotic Tomatoes. We are looking at our knitting wool scraps with a new eye after viewing the Vegetable Liberation Army. After all...they aren't all bad, and they have the PSA to prove it!
