Have you ever wanted a $89,500 handcrafted whiskey case? Well you haven't seen the Macallan Linley vintage whiskey case then; we don't even imbibe and we're smitten. Also below is posts about some of the most stylish 2010 calendars, a photo contest for modern furniture and pet owners, alongside Abby and Laure lending their sense of style over at the Etsy Storque blog.

Macallan Linley Whisky Case : we're teetotalers, but even we're smitten with this beautiful Viscount Linley crafted English Burr Oak whiskey case produced solely for Harrods. With six bottles of vintage Macallan malt whisky from 1937, 1940, 1948, 1955, 1966 and 1970, six bespoke Linley crystal tumblers, and a cigar humidor, this is vice done right. Smoooooth.

The Future is Today: 2010 Calendars : Grain Edit is one of our favorite non-furnishing design blogs (we profiled David of Grain Edit over at Unplggd), and they've collected an awesome selection of 2010 calendars to consider.

Modernica's Pets on Furniture Contest: this seems like a contest ripe for someone from the Apartment Therapy community to win. One of the photos used is even from one of our house tours!

Abby and Laure Guest Curate at The Storque: Both Abby and Laure of Apartment Therapy Los Angeles were invited as guest curators on Etsy's The Storque blog. Check out Laure's post here and Abby's post here.
