Inspired by Amy's vintage chenille bedspread (West Roger Park house tour), our hunt for similar takes on chenille for the bedroom got underway. Bedspreads in general are a very old-fashioned idea - duvets and throws are much more "now" solutions to a quick bedmaking routine. As we started digging, we found some really intricate designs out there. How do you feel about chenille? Scary, cool, or does it always depend on context?
(does it look as cheap as the price suggests?)
(we like the idea of stripes compared to floral, but these colors seem baby-friendly only)
