For any of you who collect vintage tin lunchboxes and thermoses, how awesome is this collection? All 42 of these lunchboxes hail from the 50s to 70s era, featuring art from classic film and television shows like Get Smart, 007, Dukes of Hazzard, and The Incredible Hulk.
Displaying a collection like this is fairly easy since these boxes can stand on their own, the only thing that might be an issue would be an overload of graphics and colors in one concentrated area in a room.

Great collection. Meaningful, beautiful, and so lively! An orgy of colors well-organized always means fun. The dubious charms of mass culture products are best showcased that way.
Wow! That is awesome. I love the way you have displayed your lunch boxes, and the artwork combined with the brilliant colors is truly spectacular.
Extrodinary--great way to display and they all seem to be made by the same manfacturer to boot.
Wow, has anyone else clicked on that link to Lost Found Art? It is a great collection displayed with style but I'm a little deflated that the collection was created to be sold...much less romantic!
And who gets to buy something like a ready-made collection? Now I suddenly feel utterly cynical. Sigh.
"Overload of graphics and colors"? No such thing.
Awesome collection!
This was just posted last week, no?
I love my lunchboxes. It is common that people sell off their whole collection of lunchboxes at once. Not sure why I could never sell them to someone that wouldn't appreciate them as much.
beautiful display
beautiful--and yes, this was already posted recently
Too cute! I have an affinity for anything nostalgic.
Love, love, love this!!!
