Viva Terra says this table is great for small kitchen nooks or a kid's room. Real vintage advertising yardsticks are attached to a solid wood table/chair set.
If you can't afford the price tag ($$$), maybe this idea could be duplicated on some Ikea chairs either by painting on the rulers, or attaching some.

I'd put money on it that that IS an Ikea table used as the base. The matching step stool (also on that site) is definitely a $15 Ikea stool.
