These beautiful vintage storage canisters are typically used in the kitchen or dining area, but their tall dimensions make them a great storage solution anywhere in the home, from a catch-all at the entryway to a supply holder on the bathroom counter or vanity. Ceramic or jadeite canisters will even work outdoors on your patio or balcony to keep seeds and other small gardening supplies tidy.
Being vintage, these storage canisters are pre-owned and eco-friendly. The copper canister set (photo 1) have English labels on one side and French on the other. The bright yellow canisters (photo 4) feature pie crust edging on the lids. And the light green ones (photo 5) are made of milky green jadeite!

I have a set of 3 or 4 of these that I inherited from my grandmother's mid-century kitchen. They're copper - like #1 - but are more like #2 in style with a little image on it of what's inside. Ooh! that's right. Definitely four - flour, sugar, coffee and tea. <3
fun, fun, fun!
I have a very small kitchen and I use the clear glass Anchor Hocking jars. Less visual weight in a small space and I can put a picture of the Cookie Monster at the back of the cookie jar like he's trapped outside the cookies. :)
I am always on the lookout for storage containers ... and it never fails to put a big smile on my face when I see not only functional but also stylish, creative containers that have personality..... Let's face it... how much fun can it be when you use plastic container with labels
