We love plants, and in the last year have finally managed to keep some alive for more than a month. Despite our best efforts, we've been known to leave town without arranging for someone to come and water them, and there's nothing to ruin a vacation like the thought of dying basil. The IV Planter might solve our problem, but we can't help but thinking it's a little too . . . hospital chic for the home.
The "refillable I.V. bag" is essentially a low-tech drip system, which is pretty genius. That said, we have a feeling we're not the only ones left with the lingering feeling that while well watered, those plants might actually be very, very sick.
