Love Spencer's room. It's so great that so much of Mom's childhood has been carried over into Spencer's!!

Spencer is a preemie and his room is the brightest! Smallest kid, biggest color, hands-down.

Was tough choice for me deciding between the grandmother inspired room and Samantha's Alice room. I wish we could see more of those!

Ooo, I LOVE Maxine's! It's a perfect example of using mismatched things in a uniform way. It just looks so cozy and bright.

I (Spencer's mom) am so excited to gave made it so far in this contest!

Each room is beautifully decorated, but overall Spencer's green room gets my vote because it ties together so many cool elements: bright colors that feed creativity, practical use of space that fosters common sense, sentimental objects that teach tradition and BOOKS that lead to adventures - this room would be great for a boy or a girl!

I'm still in love with the Tintin inspired room. The walls alone would get my vote, but the rest of the room is just as amazing. Can I take that room to my home in case my second child is a boy ? (and I'll also take it if it's a girl, please).

I am Madeleine's mommy ("grandmother inspired") and just want to say to Tintin and Maxine that I LOVE your rooms and good luck! Are either of you interior designers? Having a baby really got me obsessed with design and now I want to design non-stop! We need to have nursery/Apartment therapy get together craft days :)

A vote for Madeleine's Room is a vote for other little girl's dreams as well. The room is beautiful; the spirit shines through.

@nellehunte, to answer your question, no I am not a designer. Like you, I became obsessed when I had a baby, and haven't been able to stop! We must have similar taste too--your room and Felix's are two of my favorites.

What I love about Spencer's room is the personalization and the family history. How special to have so many of mom's own childhood memories right there?! Go Spence!

All the rooms are beautiful and unique, but my choice above all others is Stella's Soiree Suite...way too cute and different. This little girl will grow up with style!

hard pressed to pick - LOVE the yellow rooms and I hate yellow in general and loathe the yellow we are stuck with in our kids' room in our rental - surprising! I wish we could rank 1, 2, 3 and not just pick one...
so dreaming of something other than yellow... I say Levi!

lol asibtroy! I entered "Hank's" room :) Guess I wasn't too surprised @ how much of it we saw in the finals this year. I wonder if yellow will be out in the design world (for a time) after all we've seen in the past year.

All rooms are nicely decorated; however Samanthta’s room is most elegant. Designer has an extraordinary taste.

(Spencer's mom here) I just wanted to point something fun out - 4 months ago I "pinned" an image of numbered drawer knobs. I found the image on Pinterest, it was originally pinned from a blog that was sharing it from the original blog posting. So I found it... 3rd hand? Anyhow, they are the drawer pulls from Ike's nursery!

I think it's simply amazing that Spencer's nursery is in the same category/league as a nursery I used as inspiration! I'm floored & humbled!

Love Maxine's room!!! I can see doing something similar one day when I have kids. Seems so simple and it took time collecting meaningful things. I almost selected Stella's because I can see a child really growing in a room like that. The style can go for a pre teen.

I really love Spencer's room! That goose lamp is the cutest and the old board games as art are genius.

The best is Samantha's room! Great taste!
