We don't know about you, but whenever we have to wash dishes in the sink we have the hardest time getting our water temperature just right. Sure, it's not that complicated, but I like to make sure I'm not blasting a ton of hot water only to blast a ton of cold water to make the temperature bearable. It just seems wasteful otherwise. So we end up spending a minute or two (and wasting water the whole time, defeating our eco purpose in the first place) getting water temp and pressure just right.
